- Starting an online chat with one of our support consultants by clicking the green “chat” button at the bottom right hand corner of your screen. If all of our support consultants are busy, please leave a message in the chat box and we will contact you as soon as we are available. Simply click on the Chat icon on the bottom right corner of the page and submit your query. One of our team members will respond shorty and provide you with the necessary guidance.
*Please note that our Support Team is available for live support in real-time from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 16:00. Any queries logged outside these hours will be attended to the as soon as possible the following day
